New construction homes are covered for defects in materials and labor for one year. Coverage is subject to the terms of the Ogden Homes warranty program.

• Detailed customer walk thru is written up and completed prior to closing
• Builder will respond to and/or complete items on 30 day list turned in by buyer
• Builder will also respond to and/or complete items on a 11 month list turned in by buyer
• Immediately submit health and safety issues
• Submit items immediately that are causing damage

Energy Saving Bulbs

Ogden Homes come standard with compact flourescent bulbs at exterior, halls, and closets.

Cleaning Tip: Use Borax in your bath!

Products with Borax are excellent for cleaning chrome without scratching the finish. It also works great on glass, porcelain, fiberglass and cultured marble. Unlike products with bleach, it is safe for septic systems.
