Your new home will be covered for defects in materials and labor for one year.  Also included with the price in every home is the two year coverage on delivery systems (plumbing, mechanical, and electrical in the walls). The structure of the home is covered for ten years.2-10 Logo

  • Our staff will assist you with any issues that may occur during the warranty period
  • Detailed customer walk thru is written up and completed prior to closing
  • Builder will respond to and/or complete items on 30 day list turned in by buyer
  • Builder will also respond to and/or complete items on a 11 month list turned in by buyer
  • Emergency or damaging items turned in by home buyer may be submitted at any time by buyer
